To the point:


I worked in HR for almost 2 years but wasn't creative enough for me to enjoy it and consider the longer term. By looking to apply some ''creativity'' to HR I discovered I was focusing my time on Marketing and Employer Branding tasks. That's why I was rightly and kindly invited to leave the last company I was working for. I discovered something I loved and it wasn't my job.

Everything I wanted was to create content on Social Media and the website to make people know the company, to talk about its values and people, to think about the communication strategy, to write engaging internal emails and sexy blog posts, to create a brand ambassadors' culture in my department and also in the company through the internal communication platforms... 

MY NEW LOVE WAS CONTENT.

EXPERIENCE

I can say that I spent a large part of my short professional life looking for a job and that's exactly what has always motivated me to create content and have fun designing new strategies to introduce myself to brands I like🍕.

CONTRIBUTOR TO MY FRIEND'S STARTUP - HANDSTAR SHOW

January 2016 - Forever


HandStar Show is the only international method that can help you beat your fear of public speaking through music and gamification. Our goal is to (re)get your communication skills from the kid we all have inside. This Method® is a trip around the world to know The Wonders of Communication.

What I've done to help Diego so far is:
- Update and improvement of the method as it is experienced in different cultures.
- Content translation.
- Communication strategy (creation of feedback forms for the audience after Diego's presentations)
- Business Card design.
- UX: Handstar Mobile App design with Adobe XD.
- Ocasionally, content creation.

HR GENERALIST (PROJECTS DEPARTMENT) - HILTI

September 2017 - November 2017

- Database management and update.
- Internal digital hiring platform management. (CV screening, candidates management and feedback).

- Internal content translation (English and French to Spanish).
- Events organization (Job Fairs, Internal Training, Assessments etc.).

- Continuous communication and coordination with other countries to resolve incidents, manage changes and global content update, global events, possible improvements...
- Employees internal interviews for their Professional Career Plan.
- Secure candidates satisfaction through email, social media and telephone.
- Yammer platform: Content creation, information research and to foster among Hilti's employee the use of Social Media in order to create awareness and engagement.
- LinkedIn & Facebook: Responsible for the Weekly HR content creation.
- Hilti Spain Website: Web Content edition and update. Career section organization and adaptation to Hilti Global (structure and content).
- Other countries' Social Media best practices monitoring and implementation to Hilti Spain Social Media actions.
- Administrator of the new Hilti's Internal Training Digital Platform. Responsible for content management and update responding to manager's needs. Punctually, HTML code edition.
- Creation and encouragement of a new community and culture of #BrandAmbassadors and #HiltiFans. among employees (through Yammer, Email, Internal Training events, Presentations...)
- Employer Branding.
- Content creation: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
- Internal Email Marketing (design, content structure and clarity, communication strategy).
- PowerPoint presentations and update.
- Occasionally, Hilti Spain Blog content creation. Copywriting.

*Learning experience: If you don't want to leave your confort zone, life will kick you out.

HR CONSULTANT - THEKEYTALENT

October 2015 - April 2016

- Support and management of the company’s business line (to support and help commercials in anything they might need, collaborate in marketing actions, help users with our platform and technical support as well).
- Recruitment: Analyze technical job descriptions, identify candidates as per client’s specification. Searching and attracting the best talent utilising job boards and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter…). Pre-screen prospective candidates through in technical interviews over the phone. Reporting on recruitment progress to the line managers. 
- Assessment (English and Spanish): Skype and face-to-face interviews (competency-based and technical interviews) and Skype group dynamics. Reporting on selection and assessment progress to the line managers. Practical assessment feedback to candidates.
- Report writing after recruitment, selection and assessment processes (English and Spanish).
- Power Point presentations.
- Trainning and development: Collaboration with the Trainning Manager in the design of a digital skills specialized magazine, creation of development programmes for employees after assessment process and any other specific task required by the manager.
- Employer Branding.

*After 6 months I decided to travel to Canada in order to improve my English level.

HR GENERALIST - PSA PEUGEOT CITRÖEN

May 2015 - October 2015

- Administration: Social Security management, leaves (illness, accident, maternity, extended leave, etc), payroll, internal processes, employees tracking, document management and archiving.
- Recruitment and Selection: Searching and attracking the best young talent through Social Media channels and University and Business Schools job portals. Supporting Interns Department national coordination (from the job offers publication to the interns leaves). Curriculum screening, telephone interviews, face to face competency-based interviews , Employment Forums,
- Employer Branding: Content creation on Social Media, Employer Branding strategies and PSA Brand promotion.
